Case & Screen Protector

Im getting my iPhone 3G in a bit and need to get a case and screen protector for it. Ive seen the invisible shield and that looks impressive but are there any other alternatives?

Also need a case and any suggestions are welcome

Sorry I buy Krusel case every time, whatever my phone (can use the same clips as previous ones) and they always quality - a lot of guys sell on ebay and it NOT a pouch.
