Pro-hunters welcome court ruling




The Countryside Alliance claims a High Court ruling on the definition of hunting in England and Wales will make it harder to prosecute huntsmen.
Two test cases involving huntsmen have been heard at the High Court. Hunting foxes with dogs was banned in 2005. Dogs can follow a scent or flush out a fox but not kill it. According to the Press Association, the Countryside Alliance says the court ruled that the definition of "hunting" should not include "searching".
