    Found this on another site and it works it so simple!!

    I tried opening a command prompt at school and it wouldn't work, so i typed in notepad:

    command.com

    and then save it as a .bat file. I was suprised to see it worked, but it did. Also, if this didn't work you could try to make your own using a .bat file.

    wrong section.

    you would also need to wrap the filename in quotes when saving the file, "filename.bat" so that it doesn't get saved as filename.bat.txt

    ..and it looks like you missed some of the tip when you copied and paste'd it
