    Help Bandit repairs, help please?

    Hi,

Well, this afternoon I managed to 'have an incident' with my bike! A K8 Suzuki Bandit GSF650, naked.

Fortunately it was only the bike that was damaged. The damage is limited to -

    Snapped clutch lever
Bent handlebar end (bar's ok, just the inner screw thats bent and the end cap is scuffed badly)
Snapped left side pillion footrest (the footrest itself is inone piece but the bracket holding it is snapped)
The rear left indicator is cracked, the housing not the lens
The plate on the clutch housing is badly scuffed

Could anyone help with info on repairs/replacements. The clutch housing plate looks fairly easy and the footrest looks like 2 bolts but I'm not sure about the clutch lever. And I'm not sure how to get the bulb holder to pass through the indicator housing for replacement. Any help/advice would be great.

Also, if there's any good sites for replacements that anyone's aware of I'd be glad to hear of them.....

    Thanks,

    TFS

Not sure where in the UK you are but John at Truebikes (Wirral) is excellent.

doesn't sound bad at all mate. glad it was just the bike anyway.

can get your parts from www.justbandits.com or www.banditmania.co.uk both are pretty good. if you're unsure what to get just give em a call.

My workmate is in to Bandits. I'll ask him tomorrow where he gets his stuff from. This is Scotland mind you.

Fitted my new clutch lever yesterday, way much easier than i thought it would be! With the hydraulic system there was no cable involved, it was simply moving a plunger back and forwards. Now all I need is a new bar end, rear peg hanger, indicator housing and casing plate for my clutch.

Hi mate sorry for not getting back sooner. The sites my mate used were the same sites that Keyamon posted. My mate recommends them highly.
