Ford Sat-Nav Question?

Hi all. Just bought a Mondeo Ghia X (04 plate).

It has a Sat-Nav that you can plug in to a cradle thing on top of the dashboard (built-in, factory standard).

It looks ok but it is not touch screen and I have a remote control that is located next to the gearstick in another cradle.

What I would like to know is can I get an updated, newer Sat-Nav unit that is touch screen?

I don't know where to start!

so basically you want to remove the whole unit and input a new on with touch screen?

It has a picture of the unit and remote control in there.

It is a VDO DAYTON MM 5000



Not time to take a picture right now as I am just off to bed (up at 0300)

All I want to know is can I buy an updated, touch screen version?
