Once you have added the info below into the Add Channel's section you then go to 'Other Channels' to view and select 10510, which should show the ITV HD logo when not broadcasting.
When you added the channel....did you click SAVE settings???

Add Channels menu and using the following settings: 11.427H, 2/3, 27500, channel 10510.

Yeah, thats how I figured it was, but in "other channels" there is nothing there. When I go back to add channels, the tick is already in place on 10510, so it was done correctly. Most odd.
Ill have another try later on.

Update. I am indeed an idiot...pressing select on "other channels" is what I was not doing...I was assuming it would auto populate the box below when I moved to Other Channels...but it doesnt.

So now I can see the black and white "ITV HD is not currently available" screen.....erm...wonderful.

HI guys, just had SkyHD fitted yesterday and it still has the old EPG. I have tried to force an update, but to no luck. Any ideas on how long it usually takes for it to update automatically.

I'm on an Amstrad HD box and still no update for me. A mate in the trade said to expect it soon but how long is a bit of string.

Unless its a Thomson or a Pace you can forget it!

Someone I know had it installed a few weeks back and got an amstrad. Ask the engineer that comes if he has a pace in his van.

I've got the Samsung box and still no new EPG. Does anyone know why it's taking sky so long to get round everyone?

Looks like the Amstrad is up soon for the EPG. My mate who works for them had an internal message to say it was going out to employees.

I would think it'll be a little while yet as they'll want the staff to prove it first before they release it to us mere mortals.

I would have thought it would have been better to issue staff with all the different models from the outset, then they could have done all the field tests at the same time, before releasing it to the general public.
