What's the best weed killer to use?

I was watching Rogue Traders the other night and an expert said to use a weedkiller on your paving and leave it for 14 days and then power clean it.

I'm just wondering which weed killer to use?

Agreed. Used it last year and it was excellent at killing the weeds.

Sod all that pulling them out by hand. Spray is much quicker.....

I use sodium cloride. put plenty down as its not that expensive to buy and you wont have any problems after it.

I'm guessing you mean sodium chlorate - be careful with this as a little bit washed elsewhere will seriously fuck up any other plants you've got.

Try it if you don't believe me. The salt messes up the water balance in plants causing them to dry out. It doesn't work selectively, it will just kill anything, but this is fine for paths.

If one was Hypothetically so inclined, one could, in the dead of night drill down into the base of the tree and fill said hole with diesel.. They don't like that very much....
