How To Convert Nagra Serial To IRD

At the back of your box theres a sticker with 2 barcodes and 3 sets of numbers. The middle number should have 10 digits. (If you don't have the bar codes go into the ENGINEERS MENU) Put it to your xp calculator as it is and convert it to hex - click on view then click SCIENTIFIC make sure it says DEC on the left and then type the nagra serial starting with 104xxx xxxx xx00 the last 2 numbers leave them out dont type them in to calculator then just click on HEX on the left hand side of calculator and you will have your ird number


Thats your ird it should start with 3E.
