I taake it you are looking to flash a lite on?

If so, you haven't got the drive in the right mode to flash.

Switch drive on and eject the tray.
    Fire up JF
    Switch off drive
    Push tray halfway back in
    Switch back on.
Go to JF, position probe and read key

I was having loads of hassle last week and forgot to switch off, push in and switch on. Worked 1st time after that!

is the drive already flashed? Sounds like you missed the serial data last time.

CK tool 1.24 and Xtractor program always missed the serial data, use JF to restore it properly.

Open your source, then click on the drive serial bit (then double click the code there) and you can re-enter your details again.
