First Hoverfly of the year

Found this hoverfly warming up against the top of the fence in the morning sun.


First time this spring that I have seen any around the garden. I'm sure there will be plenty soon enough

As always mate a good shot but I have to admit, I feel this one is a little too contrasty and the inverted pov isn't agreeing with me for some reason, dunno ..heh. Can we get a 180 degree flip?

It's not inverted!

The hover was on the underside of the panel.
