Games not working / crashing

Hi Guys,

I have a iphone 3g which is on 2.2 firmware and jailbroken. I don't have many problems with it, but certain apps i download seem to crash - the splash screen pop up, the apps barely starts and then the app shuts down.

Notably, this is happening with my newly installed apps - touchsports: tennis 2009. Also had the same thing with igirl and a few others. Havent tried either of these apps since i can't get passed the splash screen.

Anyone else had such probs, and if so, how did you get passed them?

I always reboot the phone after installing new apps/games and found by doing this the amount of crashes i get now can be counted on one hand over the last 4 months.

Give rebooting a go and see (hold on/off button and round button until it reboots)

ive got an app called freememory which cleans the memory of old resident shit. If the phone is running laggy or something crashes, I either reboot or run freememory

yeah rebooting had always helped me or if that had not worked i just re-installed it and they are fine.... the only one i have not been able to sort out is deal or no deal, ... but that aint no great shame in my opinion
