    Well done Russ.

One thing that struck home for me when i got to 3 stone was how hard it was to carry my 5 year old son on my shoulders....

FFS i was carrying that around the whole time anyway..

    Good on ya fella.

    Hey all, update time.

I've been away for a few days and the diet went completely out of the window, I'm getting weighed for the first time in 3 weeks sometime in teh next few days so we shall see how it has affected things.

Will post again with the results.

That's ok, diets don't count when you're away - you still have to live your life.

I had only lost a pound that said I did have a pretty enjoyable 3 weeks foodwise so at least I still lost!

4me2, I don't exercise as my counciloor has told me not to, once I come off the diet completely I will be exercising though.

it might have something to do with the fact I only get about 600 calories a day

Your councillor is talking shit mate.

You need to be tightening the flab as you lose the weight otherwise you run the risk of hard to rid of lose skin and possible stretch marks.

I'm not saying go out and run a marathon .

congratulations on this mate, just read the whole thread and you really have done well, can i ask which toning exercises you have been doing?
You know he grew up as a little shitspark from the old shitflint and then he turned into a shitbonfire and driven by the winds of his monumental ignorance he turned into a raging shitfirestorm. If I get to be married to Barb I'll have total control of Sunnyvale and then I can unleash the shitnami tidal wave that will engulf Ricky and extinguish his shitflames forever. And with any luck he'll drown in the undershit of that wave. Shitwaves.

Only using a chest expander stretchy thing across the chest, and then standing on it to tone my arms, I haven't done much at all on my stomach, not too fussed about that, I'll never be one for walking around without a shirt over it so no need!

A bride-to-be who was terrified of looking 'fat' when she walked down the aisle died suddenly after shedding more than three stones on a crash diet.

Samantha Clowe, 34, weighed 17st 6lbs when she started the LighterLife low-calorie diet regime and died 11 weeks later.
Participants in the weight loss programme eat specially-formulated low calorie soup, snack bars and shakes.

    Take it easy.

an interesting read that, my weight loss has steadied off now for a few weeks, and I've been eating a proper nutricious meal in the evenings for about 2 months.

    Get weighed in again tomorrow.

It is on the Cambridge diet mate yeah. You should try it if you need to lose a few stone. Its quite easy once the first couple of weeks are out of the way. I needed something that gave results fast, I have no patience for these "I lost 1 and a half stone in a year" type diets.
