its that time again... new OS out..

get yer desktops out for the lads.



i notice i need to install considerably less and less shite every time i do a new install. more and more things are moving to the net, and the os itself is becoming more and more like it should be out of the box without requiring loads of additional toss just to make it work how you want.

my software store has dwindled significantly... office is pretty much the only thing i keep hold of now to reinstall.

i fookin hate icons all over the decktop....

put them in a folder or summat..

just me i suppose but i loathe desktops full of icons..i have about 7 in total (on 2 x 22" widescreen monitors).

i use it on my vista laptop... loads of junk on the desktop that i cant be arsed moving, but this hides it with a double click of the desktop(you can keep individual fences unhidden too), and keeps it all organised.
