    Precisely. English is English full stop. Americanish should be classed as a dialect of English if it should be recognised at all.

    I seem to remember an old US forum on cars slagging off Top Gear which ended with most of them saying they should nuke us. Strange how much hate can fester between two cultures regardless of differences.
