USB HD issue

was doing a dban nuke on my drive before a fresh re-install of windows and accidentally selected my USB drive to wipe, now it only got to 0.15% or something but now wont show in windows and cant get any of the files off it, anyway to salvage this?

try using the HP usb format utlility

i would be able to format it no bother but its got looooads of stuff on it that i need, im trying to rescue it

just trying to grab everything using rstudio

hopefully it keeps the filenames etc imagine trying to unrar files with random names
