I remember a few poeple on here tested them out last year, I was seriously thinking about buying one and was put off by the results they posted.
At that price I might give it a go this year![]()
Thats for both the hayfever relief and air purifier. If you just want the hayfever thing it's £14.99. Got very good reviews too

Think this is the same as was posted last year here be interested to hear if this actually worked as my hayfever is a real fucker so far this year.
came back from the doctors today too get my injection and there is injection coming out next year to cure the symtoms of it, i ask him is there any chance of getting it... was i delighted to hear him say " YES"![]()
The red light thing did fuck all for me.
I went to the docs on Monday (new surgery as I have recently moved house) and they refuse to give me the Kenalog jab for my hayfever. It is a large dose of a corticosteroid (as opposed to anabolic) and they are way too concerned about the side effects. Shame as it wipes my symptoms out by 80-90% but they are prepared to put me on a 2 weeks course of oral steroids and see if that helps.
The steroids (as does antihistamine) suppress the immune system so that the body doesn't react to the pollen but the downside is this can leave you vulnerable to other illnesses.
@BB Leo: I will be interested to see what the injection your GP mentioned is...let us know if you get any further info please mate.
Im just wondering if it could be due to last year I was popping some Benedryl I bought in the states, I was falling asleep most afternoons as I discovered they were not non droussey the first time I have ever been affected in that way maybe they fixed me, I will buy some more in September.
i notice my hayfeaver symptomns decreasing each year, when i was young it was really bad. Am taking the tablets once a day seem to do the trick.
I fooking hope so mate, my doctors won't give me the injection either..... just a pain in the arse at the moment, last week it started and its hell..

I've suffered from bad hayfever for years and used to buy the usual shop products for it.
About 5-6 years ago I decided to give up taking the pills and see if I could build up some kind of immunity against it. For the past 2 years I may get a few bad sneezes but that's all. It used to be itchy mouth and sever itchy eyes.

i get a week or so of sneezes/heavy cold symptoms right at the start of the summer and nothing else, I think it's when the oil seed rape flower first appears (the bright yellow stuff)
What I do get is allergic reactions to some things (including some beers!) and am always on the lookout for surpress the symptoms. Has anyone actually used the Red Light allergy reliever to good effect ?
cheers,
malty

I used it and it really does help! shortly after my nose tends to run quite a bit (really watery) but after that i feel like my nose is unblocked and much less stuffy.
