I already have the V1 of the units and it works superbly with Tomtom. The V3 was just launched recently and now its been reduced in price, its a lot slimmer and better looking and i think it has a faster cpu than V1. I just ordered one and added a few cds to bring the total up to £50 to qualify for free delivery

I think only version 7 works at the moment but will run the very latest maps

never heard of this unit .. would it take garmin maps?cause our country only garmin maps work

Been using a v1 one for a year now every working day, mostly on from 8am to 5pm constantly, and it's never let me down! Best buy I ever got for £50 back then. Of course running TomTom on it

I'm tempted grabbing one of these just in-case something were to go wrong with my old reliable!

Works fine.Prob not as fast as a tomtom unit,But christ its £45

Also came with a 1gb SD card so was easly enough for UK & Ireland maps i got.

Would 1000% Reccomend this.

i cant get my v3 to do anything different. pressing navigation does nowt with TT on the sd card. how did you get to access the os? or install TT?
