Ok. Wii motion plus.. is it worth it?

Ok, there are three games out so far (i think)

Grand Slam Tennis
Virtua Tennis 2009
Tiger Woods 2010

All use the motion plus.. is it worth paying £20 notes for one, (£17 at play.com)?

Just wondering what peoples thoughts are..

So far I've heard mixed results.. I've heard tiger woods makes best use of it so far.

Wii Sports 2 (resort) is out next month though...

I have got two and used it on grand slam and it does make it better but it is nothing like 1:1 on grand slam plus you still get the odd swing when you did not. That said i do think grand slam is the best tennis game out so far. IMO motionplus is not worth £18 It makes the game better and you are now aiming and not timming the shot but I think it should be less. When i get more games maybe i will change my mind.

I am sure there will be some remotes with it built in coming out soon, might wait for that as I need another remote.

Good point Koola2! Shouldn't it be built in to new remotes, I understand that many remotes are already out there and the motion plus saves getting a new remote but at £20 why not have the option to pay the extra £10 or so to get one remote with motion built in?

Its not true 1-1 manipulation in 3d space - only sony's implementation does that.

After paying for an extra wii-mote and two nunchuks i'm not going to bother. Especially as the wii-HD is supposidly going to be release next year.

I've ordered one, for 16 quid off amazon its no big deal really. Im sure there will be some interestng games that utilise it but I'm not expecting a great deal of releases. At the end of the day I havnt bought a retail game for over 2 years so the money Ive saved covers this
