Default Packard Bell Easy One SIlver

Got one of these that won't boot up. It basically stoped booting. It loads to bios and if left will load the WIndows Xp Home loading screen then after a while goes blank. It will then blue screen with a message (to quick to read it all) but states something about contact administrator, system32/??????/config/software

Is there anyway to it just need reloading, i googled and it mentioned a xp boot floppy disk or something?

Any ideas, not got any floppy discs or know of how to reinstall. Thought it could just boot off a windows xp cd but god knows.

I can't seem to do anything other than change settings in bios (reloaded default after just in case) or select the options when it says windows never loaded last time safe mod, safe mode wih networking, start windows normally but all just go round i circles to the blue screen eventually.

    HELP!!!!!!

You're looking at a re-install with this one. Is there anything you'd like to recover from the drive as you'll need to do this first otherwise you'll lose it all when you boot off the windows CD.

If not then the first thing to do is grab a copy of Windows and go to the computer manufacturer's website and download all the drivers you need...
