If you've got the correct version of Tomtom Navcore on it then yes the v830.2306 should work.

Ive got v830.2307 maps running on my Navigo (from PcTailor) I had tried it on V7.9 Navcore and found it took ages for sats to lock so i managed to get v830.2307 maps running on V7.450 Navcore no problem.

Can't help with the installation sorry, but if that version of Tomtom works the v830.2306 map will work once you have activated it (see the guide I've posted on the forum).

Have you patched your Tomtom & have you activated the map ?
Make sure you have not got one map folder inside another folder.

Have a look here - one tool to patch Tomtom, activate map & patch Tomtom Home (does not do all 3 at once though).
If Albert's server is offline you can get the latest meta file here & put it into the keygen folder -
    Code:
    http://www.megaupload.com/?d=2LK4V0UM

    bub,

Did you have to do anything special to get the above combo working?? I've got the 7.450 Navcore on my Navigo (V1) and I used Albert's to patch that exact map (also from PCTailor) map, however I get an error trying to switch to that map saying that activation failed.

I don't think I'm doing anything wrong in Albert's as I've used it quite a few times now on other maps?

    The meta I'm using is:

    ; United_Kingdom_and_Republic_of_Ireland_830_2307
    5E D6 66 07 63 D4 15 45 FF D0 68 95 69 BC 52 CF United_Kingdom_and_Republic_of_Ireland-34.meta

    Cheers

I sent my V3 Navigo back to Ebuyer and using my V1 again, the GPS on the V1 is a lot better. Im using 7.910 and 830-2307 maps. I activated them with the new very easy to use Tometomkeygen 3.1

same, im running 7.9. i suspect the navigo's cpu is working overtime on the 7.9 navcore. where did you get the 7.450 to go on it?

I went back to 7.9 on my V1 Navigo and it works perfectly, the V3 has a shit GPS receiver that takes ages to lock on with tomtom. In the end I calculated that Tomtom7.9 & 7.45 are as good as each other on the awful V3 Navigo> I got 7.45 from one of DJ overdoses replies on the Navigo thread
