Still got the magic (work phone, thats going no where lol).

I have now submitted the claim via paypal for a refund (yesterday was the day I could).
He now has 10 days to respond or they refund me the £82

I am very confident he will not reply, I have not even had a sniff of receiving it so happy days. My iPhone adventure is now over lol

Just out interest mate,

if you've had any sort of email from him, and you have facebook run your email address through facebook friend finder.

If he's on it will bring him up on facebook.

Had the same someone tried to sting me, found him sent him a nice message and lo and behold my refund turned up.

Sent him a nice message. Also explained that getting someone's personal information is too easy if you know what I mean.....

Hopefully he will respond and refund the money today, otherwise I will be explaining to him that a trip to Southampton is on the cards....

It's not. The more I play with my Magic, the more I realise that touch screen phones are great. The iPhone and Android ones more than others, but the lack of decent apps on the Android is making me want to get an iPhone.

I am on a work contract but I am tempted to go out and get myself an iPhone 3Gs!!

Even if Paypal do refund, I think a word with him plus the £80+ quid back(+ petrol, lunch and a drink) would be the way forward...

Just sent him another Facebook message telling him to pay up today, if not then he will be 'bumped' into by some of my pals.

What do people think, is the 3g (and 3gs) better for apps/games etc....

they can be had for under 300 now and currently can ALL be unlocked.
