Stumbled across it and wouldn't want anybody who likes this sort of programme to miss out. Both episodes are available from newsgroups.

Trying to sell my house at the moment. The Agents seem to be valuing them high to get people to spend big... Fair play to them but a) No one is daft enough to pay over the odds for our house and 2) We are not daft enough to pay over the odds for another house.

It is going to cost us £20k+ to move so we need that on top of the profit we make (which will be the deposit).

If you ever watch any of these programmes you will notice that the couples always seem to have a baby, it must be all the househunting/diy does something to them.

The fact Beeny is on the road again, the vibes must spill out to the presenter too.

Ive caught 2 episodes so far and I deffo think this will be the "oh well we are happy to rent it out" series as all the sale valuations are not what they expected and therefore have to take the rental option. I can see fingers being burnt this series.

In fact the house from the young girl in ep1 is for sale on rightmove (twice) at 10k under cost price, dropped month by month wiping 60k off original price, her mum wont be too pleased considering she sold up and gave her daughter 300k
