This is just a correction from the previous weeks buying power. I can see this at 20p quicker than anyone ever thought.

My xmas target was 20p... now im thinking it could be next week and might have to rerate xmas to 50p

i cant be arsed doin this day trading unless you got upwards of 2k per share to make it viable as you got stamp and 25 quid of trading fee's before you breach a profit so you need a good bit of rise to sustain before you can see profit...long term for me..

Day trading works from time to time - but like you say, unless your playing with serious money your never be rich from it.

I cant see SXX going down enough to make day trading worth it.

My average is 6p and selling up for a few grand to buy back in is not worth it - if anything im avg up with every spare penny.

If i can keep the avg below 10p with 50k+ shares.

The 20p double up will be immense, let alone the long term game.

Im looking to put more in - just trying to locate the funds.

Hopefully it wont go up in that time, doubt it will lower much more as the buys are matching what ever is sold and then some.

A post regarding the issues some people have had with buy orders.

The complaint:

TDW say I have only £876.66 to spend in SXX, Yet when I try a dummy buy of QFI, they say I have £3,784.90 to spend!!
Why is this?
They aren't playing fair!!
I'm going to ring them now and try a neg trade and give them a piece of my mind!

Apparently, they say it is a concentration limit place on each individual share that I have.
Because I have 80,000 shares in SXX = £876.66, Zero in QFI = £3,784.90.
Anybody else heard of that term?
I managed a neg trade over the phone (at web rates) after chatting to them and they agreed that because I'd just sold more GDP they would let me spend just over £2,000. So happy! -

Topped up an extra 1500shares at lunch, wouldn't let me buy any more, Shame. I'll be watching this eagerly on monday morning before college and may well turn up late if i can top up more.

Even if my average is between 10-15p I can't see that mattering much in a few years.
