well i want to find out passwords for hotmail, facebook and potentially other sites that i find out,

i have an idea that my ex is saying a few things to people that are not the case and i need to find out what is being said

Don't think there is a way to hack those sites unless you have an inside man. However a keylogger on her pc will get you her login details assuming they aren't saved, in which case shouldn't need a keylogger.

well she lives over 3 hours away, there are a few other sites (i would have thought they are less secure) is there any tools that will suss out a password... almost like a generator tool or something like that?

If you try random passwords, I think the sites named will lock out after so many attempts so that's a non starter.

Unfortunately not as simple as that when it comes to online sites

I know for things like Porn you can use proxies and just work your way through password lists with something like accessdiver, but with things like hotmail/facebook i don't think theres an easy way without being incredibly smart (in which case you'd be minted and not really care about the ex ), and certainly wouldn't be thrown around the internet much.

There are alternatives however, i know a while ago i had a little fake myspace page which got me a few passwords by just pretending to be myspace, and there could be a similar thing for facebook, its just getting that person onto the site without them noticing its not actually facebook.

Will let you know if i find anything on my travels around the internet, but i can see keylogging her computer/fake facebook page being the only reasonable/possible ways.

You could try logging into the account and then click on the 'forgot password' option. If you know the basic info it asks and have an idea of what the answer to the question is. (had that fucker done on me lol)

Setup a replica facebook / hotmail site, make it save the password into a database, then forward onto the legit site. Then redirect to the legit site. Getting her to go on it probably wont be so easy - I suppose you could send her a fake facebook friend request thing somehow with the link inside hoping she'll click on it.

This is what I would probably do if I was THAT desperate to snoop.

The above is easily done in frontpage BTW.

ok i have no experience on frontpage or website design, i am a quick learner tho is it easy to pick up?

i was kinda hoping there could be a tool or program that would somehow scan shitloads of possible passwords, oh well life aint that easy lol

But if it really is eating at you, call her mobile (you need to register a mobile when you join to avoid all the image verifications!)

Explain you are a Service Administrator @ Facebook and that you have a reason to believe her account may have been attacked as it has generated loads of bandwidth on the servers (feed her loads of shit - or better still, get a mate to phone her).

Tell her you will need her password (not her email address as I'm guessing you know that) to test the I/O ports on the servers load through her account.... (Blag as much crap as you like, women are generally clueless! )

Explain her account will be locked for an hour (for maintenance) and she'll be free to use her account within the next hour. Also say something like 'You should change your Facebook password after this hour".

Or just get a spy on the inside (a mate of yours she added to read her wall). Simplez.

Social engineering is your best hope. Why not join the sites she's saying these things on. ok so email, isn't possible but then social networking sites and forums are easy enough.

Pretend to be one of her friends that she hasn't spoken to for ages or a long lost friend. Register on Face book, set up a gmail account with an old friends name and take it from there. But obviously don't wade in asking questions, take a while to get her trust and then slowly seek out what you're after.

But as Bald bouncer said, trying to find out information like this is only going to make things worse. What use will the information be to you? It may cause more problems for you both. Move on with life and let her do what she wants, if it's lies, then the truth will come out eventually.

join facebook with a dodgy name, dont make it a crazy name, go with dave for the first name though, there are thousands of daves and if she doesnt remember 'dave' she wont say so, claim to have met her through work a couple of years ago, if you know some details about her her making her feel like shes forgotten 'dave' would be your best bet.

other than that id, go through burners suggestion of the "forgot password" if you know the answers to her validation questions, your in.

personally though hand on heart i wouldnt bother, lifes too short go out and find another woman you can mentally scar, like the rest of us do lol

oh yeah i have moved on, i have another gf (she is actually a member on here now too) and been with her for 7 months....i have a son with the Ex who is 1 on the 1st aug and i have not seen him since he was 9 days old, she wiped out my flat completely only thing she left was the bed... took everything even down to the food in the cupboards lol, well im trying to fight to see him and trying to get a case together to prove she is lying and that she is not a fit mother ..... some of the lies she has said was i hit her AND my son (baring in mind he was a week old and we had someone coming to see him every other day from the hospital .... well because of these lies (plus there are more things she mentioned i dont even wanna say) i have an anti molestation order against me for 6 months ... it ends in a month so im gonna fight to see him when it is up.

Now can you see why i need info .... as im pretty sure i can find some dirt.

Anyways i have managed to get into the emai (only one as she has about 3 or 4) and i have found that she is on aload of networking sites ...and he is sending pics to some guy lol ....good luck to the guy who is getting involved with that Slut! ha ha ha
