My Wii is running homebrew(installed via Zelda), CoverFloader and external harddisk.

Firmware is 3.3E,

Is there any point updating the firmware and will i have to redo the softmod after

use waninkos v4 firmware updater, then use his 4.1 updater

this keeps the expoitable ios's but updates the core firmware to the latest version

You can also update your cios to 13b, this ensures you can play the latest games with no fuss

edit: justy noticed ios38 rev14 is out, will have to update myself!
