I've not read the book and while the concept is intriguing (it's about a teenager who's raped and murdered, and is told from her point of view, after her death) i just didn't fancy reading it

I've just watched the trailer, and it wasn't what i expected at all - it looks great

Me and the mrs read this well i actually listened to an audiobook so looking forward to this if its ever released has slipped its date a coupla times already .
only thing that bothered me about the trailer was wahlberg as the dad dont mind him as an actor just not what i was picturing in my minds eye.

he had a gastric band about 5 years ago - he lost 110llbs in 10 months (almost 8 Stone). Naturally he's never admitted to it - but trust me thats what he had done.
