    Default Flamingo Land

Has anyone ever been to Flamingo Land and can you tell me what you thought, I'm thinking of going up for the day with my old dear and younger brother but I am wondering if it's worth staying there over night or 2 nights in one of their weekend deals.

Oh and for the life of me I can't see if the £23.00 ticket price includes the Zoo and the Theme park or just one or the other.

    thanks in advance

    Flamingo Land?

Sounds very 80's and not good. lol

    ***EDIT***

Looked at website and seems it's a lot different to what I thought! Buhahaha! Saw signs for it when I stayed in Filey last Easter. Just thought it would be a really shit bird sanctuary. They should really, really consider changing the name!

it's a decent theme park with some really fun rides, and its got a good zoo to boot.

couldnt really comment on the staying over deal, but for a day out to a theme park its good. £23 is for both theme park and zoo.

    hi mate,

i havent been myself but i have heard good things from others, i think you get both the theme park and the zoo included for the price but dont take that as gospel
You know he grew up as a little shitspark from the old shitflint and then he turned into a shitbonfire and driven by the winds of his monumental ignorance he turned into a raging shitfirestorm. If I get to be married to Barb I'll have total control of Sunnyvale and then I can unleash the shitnami tidal wave that will engulf Ricky and extinguish his shitflames forever. And with any luck he'll drown in the undershit of that wave. Shitwaves.

Last time I went was in 1995 for two weeks in the caravan. Was ok but two weeks was a bit much. If it's cheap enough I'd say stay over cos kids can get on the big rides without queing when it first opens. Plus if you don't like the park it's a good base to explore Scarborough and Whitby etc. You've got the steam train at Pickering as well which is good. I might do another week there next year now you've mentioned it ha

    Yeah not bad m8

it was the first holiday me and the mrs went on with kids, and we rather enjoyed it, luckily got a nice new private owned caravan rented for 2 weeks, kids were a bit small at time for most rides, but it had good facilities and plenty to do.

we made the mistakes of leaving caravan roof vent open and 2 bloody squirrels got in and trashed the place lol.
