just wandering who has use steroids, if so whats the best to use?

i'm thinking about using some just to get built up a bit, i dont want to be stupidly massive or anything just a little bigger as i'm not big at all at the minute

Bit of a one sided convo here.


My brother used dinabol about 10 years ago. He got massive. And I mean massive. He didn't grow tits, haven't seen his penis since we shared a bath when I was 5, so dunno how it was affected.

He has since stopped and is a more reasonable size. But he has always been a big shouldered lad.

So.. He is still ripped. Has no tits. And I think his wife would moan if his penis shrank.


He was a short tempered angry prick on them though.

what i say to anyone who asks me about them at the gym is simple...abuse any drug and it can cause you serious problems whether it be weed, coke, asprin etc and steriods are no different TAKE WITH CARE
Also get them from a trusted person/supplier 99% of steriods on the market today are made by unlicensed labs/people so you can never be sure what you are taking belive it or not i have know someone be sold engine oil in a glass vial labled up as steroids...can you imagine what that would do to you if you injected that.

im not saying they are all dangerous but im FAR from saying they are safe

the best thing you can do before you EVER take steroids is GET YOURSELF EDUCATED ON THEM ...there are plenty of forums/sites with info

and always always do a PCT (post cycle therapy) course when you have finished your cycle

now im no expert on these but i do have a bit of knowledge . not all steroids are the same eg some have fast esters some slow esters etc so if anyone needs any more advice pm me your number and ill give you a bell

oh and i know people who are/have been on cycles for years WITHOUT a break and they havnt got any signs of gyno...and i have been using for a few years on and off and i have no signes of gyno so can you please be a bit less cryptic and fill me in on this not really rocket science thing

probably more to do with what he didnt do after his cycle of test steriods. the post cycle drugs are what assist in stopping the bitch tits. gynoclomastia (sp?), when the body produces too much estrogen.

iirc the post cycle suplements boost / assist the testosterone production whilst the 'peanut balls' are still recovering from a state of not producing any of its own testosterone

Not sure, but possibly it might make you stop believing everything you hear down the pub.

With proper preparation you won't grow tits and your natural test levels will return to normal.

Just to echo GEEZA, do your research and find out what's what. Make sure you buy from a clean source, especially your pins and barrels and be responsible with them after they are used. Don't treat them like a quick fix, if you run a 12-14 week cycle you will (I think) be running PCT for another 8 and you will have to stay strict.

I've never used but it is a subject that has always fascinated me. And chances are when I have got my shit sorted I will run a few cycles in a couple years.

I wouldn't touch steriods unless I knew the science behind everything. You don't just take the steriod you take a number of things at the same time to help your body recover.

I suggest you read through this thread: The "Bulking cycle" thread - Bodybuilding.com Forums

Also, make sure your diet is 100% in check as a lot of gains will go after the cycle has finished. Make sure you keep the muscle loss to a minimum.
