right been to the gym today earlier than expected.
i used the 5 different weight machines there and done 10
movements on each these were set to 20kg
and i repeasted this 3 times, im sorry if i dont no the correct terminoligy lol.
also done a 10min run and 10min on the bike, i couldnt spend much longer down there but was there 35min.
i been drinking a lot of water also and stuffing my face wuth tuna.
for dinner im gonna grill some chicken andmaybe have some steamed veg with it
jus thought id keep u all updated.
also gonna buy some dumbells on sat so if anyone can recomend a fairly cheap set

little update for you guys i been doing a lot of running and sit ups just thought id post some pics,
althoughi have been going to the pub i have been eating really healthely.
and given up smoking
i feel better in myself although still battling depression tho since splitting with the ex, but i lost my gut, im gonna carry on for a month then try and bulk up

if im honest i havnt really got one, i go to the gym every other day and do 30-40min running i wanted to do more weights but im gonna concentrate on that
when i got my stomach completely flat.
im still drinking alchohol but im eating tuna chicken eggs [plenty of water.
i have cut out all fatty foods.
no chips burger king or anythink like that, i got all confused buy the various guides etc, i have gave up smoking.
im gonna start doing sit ups soon, then ideally start bulking, i jus wanted to
loose all the fat first
