    Default Screen protector

    Hi there,

on my previous iPhone I has a ZAGG front protector which is a properly good screen protector but the full body sheild is expensive at £15

When I got my new iPhone I was just going to order the same but in a drunken moment I ordered one of these...

    http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.d...=STRK:MEWNX:IT

it arrived this morning and I have to say it's fantastic.

When you take it out of the packet it looks like all of the other ten-for-a-quid ebay cheapies, plus it's "application kit" trust me it's much better than that !

It comes with a cloth to clean the screen and then a plastic sheet which lifts any residual dust.

Unlike the cheapies, it's not ultra-sticky and goes on quite 'wet' looking, and you can reposition it if you get it wrong. it goes on bubble free without any effort and looks the business, they provide tape to lift it so as not to damage it and also tape designed to remove dust from the inside of the screen protector should any have attached itself during application.

    detailed instructions here...

    Highly recommended.

ive never fitted the back zagg one cos I need the phone to slip into the (snug) mophie juice pack air.

At the moment I'm swapping between a fake rear hard case (looks like the real back) (£2 delivered) and the juice pack when I need it.

I never have my phone in a pocket with money, keys etc but just laying it on a desk scuffs the back, the iBand stops that by not letting the back touch when laying flat, it was the one featured on Dragons Den, good bit of kit.
It also stops damage when dropped, even on a corner.

yea mine is always in my pocket on its own. I always put it in with the screen towards my leg too.

Many years ago I smashed the screen on my brand new nokia communicator walking into a bannister. It was at the start of a month long working trip in france and made life very difficult. I've been careful ever since.

I'm not sure about that iband, are there any high street shops selling it so I can see it in the flesh ?

Mute switch not an issue for me and the volume switch works just by putting pressure on the little protuberances as does the on off switch.

Does this include a back protector or is it only for the front screen?
