Default Which Protein Powder for me?

Looking for a good protein powder that's reasonably priced, and that doesn't taste of anything. Good for sneaking in my porridge. Any recomendations?

Is it flavourless. And can I add it to porridge, rather than shakes?

im pretty new to protein supplements, but have just picked up one for holland and barratt - half price sale on now so only cost £12.50. (http://www.hollandandbarrett.com/pag...il.asp?pid=100)
If I'm not back in five minutes... wait longer!

Anyone know if I can drop the natural one into porridge? And is this decent quality protein powder?

I joined uk-muscle.co.uk a few weeks ago and they know their stuff. Most of them use a site called myprotein which has good value, good quality stuff. They've got the full range, concentrate, isolate, flavoured, unflavoured, mixed with extras (flaxseed etc.).

They also say that the H&B stuff is shit (http://www.uk-muscle.co.uk/protein/7...alf-price.html).

i've been training for around 8 months and as kushty says the hb stuff is meant to be turd.

i've been using myprotein and they have just about everything you could ever need and its pretty reasonable.

also as well as uk-muscle theres another site called muscletalk which also has a lot of good info. i read up on both.

if you do use mp make sure you get the 5% off for new users deal.

Myprotein or all-in-one or whey consortium, all offer fantastic quality powders and great service. They all do unflavoured, in bulk, for cheap.

MP have lab certificates for their products proving quality & composition.
Im not aware of other companies being so open in their product standards.
I use MP and so far have no reason to go elsewhere (in my experience their delivery arrangements in the past have been shite - but i understand that this has improved somewhat)

i can't see why not mate, why not just get some flavoured stuff and have a shake, then have the porridge after?

i get up and straight away go to the kitchen neck a shake, then shower get ready etc then have 75g's of porridge oats with skimmed milk. i was having the porridge then the shake straight after but i was feeling really bloated. this way it lets the shake settle a bit first.

Yes, you can add it to your porridge, soups etc. Also good for using to make protein bars etc.

I'm another one against ant3b here, they are a damn good company with very good products, as are the others I mentioned in my last post.

This might sound silly, but I just can't take any shakes down. Always been like it with milkshakes. I gag straight away. Are there any that taste like a juice? Or whats the unflavoured like?

Or mix unflavoured with juice? You could ask for a sample and explain your situation.
