iTouch to iPhone

I have an ipod Touch, I am going to buy an iPhone 3GS this weekend. Can I have all my current iTouch music/apps/games/podcasts/audiobooks etc on my new iPhone when I get it? Is it possible just to stop using my iTouch with my current installation of iTunes and just start using an iPhone in its place? Will all account settings etc be the same when buying from the iStore, downloading etc?

Also I have an audio book I have downloaded from the newsgroups in MP3 format. Is it possible to get this onto my iPod touch using iTunes?

yes to all m8, just plug it in and it'll ask what you want to do (set it up as a new profile or sync your data over) all your music and apps will be sync'd over depending on the amount of data it could take a lil while.

as for the audio books you can send them on over during a sync but being in mp3 format means it wont be recognised as an audiobook (not that it makes much of a difference all my audiobooks are in mp3 format) if you want to make it be recognised as an audiobook (and be able to play it at different speeds theres a couple of other things that it does differently with an audiobook, to a normal mp3 file only i cant remember what they are lol)

if you want to convert your mp3's to apples m4b audiobook format you can but in my experience its really not worth it, just make a playlist name it the same as the book, and sync it over, thats all i do with mine,
