Don't they use port 80 as standard?
Myabe they have specific packet headers, or are they just video streams?
You could used to find them on Google by using specific search terms, I had a play with a few as well!

Also, lack of planning on your part does not constitute an emergency on my part....
You can probably scan for cam servers as they generally run on the standard webserver / proxy ports (80,8080,8000...etc), however as posted above its easier to let google do the hard work.
If you look through the google advanced search you should be able to work up a nice litter search query. Just do a little research on the cam server you want to find, work out the default passwords and page headers and you'll be well on your way.
