How does this work? was expecting a pdf with feeds but got a .exe, and I'm a bit dubious of that

Opens up a dos box with a list of channels.
Type in the number you want - i.e 3 = ITV.
It loads VLC and opens a stream.
I'm sure you need a T.V. Licence to use this

this has been about ages and updated since the version posted above...make sure the app is installed to the same drive/partition as vlc...all updates,support etc can be found here in the authors thread..

why doesnt it work for me?
got the latest vlc 1.0.2
put the exe fle in the same program files on c drve but no luck???
says something lke couldnt find but the box dissapears before i can read it!?!?!??!
any help chaps?
