Strange Payment coming out my bank?

I've noticed that for the last two months i've had this weird payment coming out of my current account. I was wondering if anyone recognised it? I don't really use this account apart from my Astraweb and my mobile bills and i'm careful were I put my bank details online. I don't remember signing up to any other online service? I've had cancel my bank card and get a new one posted out. I can dispute the payment and get my money back as well which is cool.
