Does seem odd for someone to have the game already to be honest. Theres a few typos in the game so it could be a mixture of XEX checking and looking at dates of achievements unlocked. Also...had anyone heard of the group that pre'd Forza 3 USA?

it makes sense that they'd have more control over piracy countermeasures in games that come from MS studios, as Forza does... Bungie are in their pocket too, so would explain the ODST bans...

i hope i get banned , i have a flashed box with fw 4.1 i mod every game to play i also play on-line with my profile ,i really think that if i get banned it would be a matter of unlucky percentage lol

Playing games early while signed in to Live is plain stupid. I have a banned 360 that I use for pre releases.
