Some impressive specs here, I didn't know they made cases big enough for some of those lists of hardware!! I'm almost embaressed to own upto my K6-233 with 256Mb & 20Gb drive. Time to save up for some new kit me thinks.
I went to just35.com and selected computers and hardware. The first site I clicked on was 'http://www.aacomputerhardware.co.uk'. The site looked a bit cheap and they had probably paid 2 b first on the just35 list so I didn't expect much. However the deal below seems to be brilliant:

P.S. Yes I did start my own thread 4 this but no1 sed nething!
Im running a 1.2Ghz duron which is adequate for now!
But my board will take up2 a 2200+ so im waiting on them to fall in price.
Also got 600mhz celeron, an 800mhz pIII, pentium 100mhz (does the job as a router) and finally a 333mhz (which is intel but cant remember the exact chip lol)
But yeah, AMD has been far nicer to me!!!

running a Duron 800 and although it sound like a packet of Condoms, it is actually quite good. Keeps pace with my old mans intel celery (or celeron whatever)
I've always had a soft spot for AMD - those plucky under dogs - ever since my first PC which was and AMD 386 DX 40 - hmmm life was simple back then, and wing commander 2 kicked ass on the graphics front.
Plan to be upgrading to an AMD XP1800+ soon (ish)
XP 1800+, 256Mb, 60 + 80 GB HDD, 19" Trinitron, 32x10X32 CDRW, 16X DVD and a bloody ATI Radeon 7500 which became obsolete the day i bought it.
Is that how you spell obselete?
Hmmmm..

My first computer was an AMD K6 266.
AMD has my money and my loyalty any day of the week. They make quality processors that can compete and hold their own against Intel's biggest and best. Second they are less expensive meaning that they are thinking about my pocketbook unlike Intel's consistant rapage.
So no question hands down, AMD rules.
