Tomtom (old version) Map required please help

Hi there,

a mate is after a map for his old tomtom (one of the first fat units, not sure what model but would equate to a 7xx probably)

He needs France, particularly Paris

The unit is currently running software 5.410

what version maps do i need to look for to work in that unit ?

Least amount of messing about is best, I know about the keygen for older units I just need to know what map to find

Easiest & best way is to use Tomtom home & update the navcore from 5.410 to 7.9** - you'll probably have to upgrade it a few times to get up to the latest version - then you will be able to use the latest v835.2420 maps

You will have to patch the ttsystem file on the Tomtom & then activate the map
