Just been Banned,can i try it on with ms?

Just been banned, never played mw2 only 1 level tekken 6 with activate disc.
The seal is intact, is there a way to try it on with ms like saying its broke and want it replaced un warranty?

I have managed to send a banned console back for repair before though, couple of years ago now and had a refurb unbanned one back - don't fancy your chances much now though . . .

Cheers, any idea what i should say is wrong, its a 2008 non hdmi model, do i say its got 3rrd it is my 3 rd replacement under warranty.
Just checked my old 360(with a rite noisy drive) think its got fw 1.4 but its ok on live so far.

Say what you like but they will not let you book it in for repair, try it as rrod if you are going to try anything though . . .

Shite thing is i had an original cod5 in when i got the ban, all i played(and not online) was 1 level of tekken 6 used the change disc and looked at flashpoint.
Sods law and all that.

I`ve done the same twice now and it worked both times - but apparently they are a lot more strict now on the repair side

Got my 360 back, haven't opened it up (too busy with MW2) but took the faceplate off and it looks like it has 2 yellow wires in it. Which drive is it?
