Help Strange COD MW 2 problem

Burnt a couple of copies of the new COD, plays fine on my very recently banned Elite and my mates Pro that was updated from his son's HDD a couple of weeks ago, but won't play on 2 other mates systems that haven't been online for months.

Both their consoles come up with a mandatory update but can't install it, hence the game won't play.

I've patched the ISO from Wave4 to Wave 3 with PPF-O-Matic, and neither mine or my mate with the Pro asked for an update, any ideas please?

Game needs the wave 4 update that you've taken away. Either update your fw on the drive, get the update from xbox.com,sign into live or use a retail wave 4 game (look at abgx360.net's verified section to see what games are wave 4)
