For some reason I had two subscriptions set up and paid £50 this time around!!!

Not "for some reason" - you did it yourself m8 - we have zero access to your PayPal accounts - you guys set these subs up yourselves and obviously those who have got 2 subs set it up twice. The usual cause is that you did it on the time you thought your VIP sub was due and you simply signed up again forgetting that you had an annual subscription set up in PayPal.

Naturally you guys are at fault at this mistake as all the info is clear when you sign up for VIP. Of course I'll make sure you get your refunds as soon as you cancel your oldest subs and i'm notified by Paypal.

just paid mine too but it told me it failed. looked and it as taken the money out.
it tried again but yet again said it failed. How do i check on this type of sub via paypal?

guess i was just too keen to renew my sub and not realised that it was set up to automatically do it

Rap, my post was back in 2008! I thought I had already mailed you to advise it was not a problem etc.... I don't want a refund here.

I said TWO SUBSCRIPTIONS ! It has NOTHING to do with your DF account.

yes YOU did it - we can't do it on your behalf its impossible - so log into YOUR paypal account and cancel the second subscription that YOU set up - accidentally or otherwise I dont care - Im not going to refund you until I get confirmation from paypal that you canceled your subscription.

FFS when will ppl learn how PayPal works.

Subscription cancelled...you should have confirmation from Paypal.

I had two payments going out as subscriptions but I can't find a list of current subscriptions. There is nothing in my re-occurring payments list.

In my DF control panel I have only one subscription active- 2008 to 2012
