I am thinking of something similar to get me prepared for starting up in the gym again in January, hopefully it will help me get rid of this fucking bug that's been sitting with me on and off for the last month-6weeks.

Yeah for sure I'm going to do it, Keeps my healthy whilst im eating that bit more over the festive season. On average I bike like, 30 miles but I figure this will help aswell
Not surw about the mile run cos o fmy stupid kneww injuries but im down for the rest! on top of my physio excersises.
