Anyone replaced an iPhone screen?

Gonna be attempting this, was just wondering if anyone on here has done it.

I was thinking of getting these or these parts. First one looks better quality and includes the screwdrivers but second one has the back cover too.

I've checked out a few guides and it looks quite fiddly but I think i'm capable of doing it.

Any tips or guides you've used?

my friend is a genius in an apple store and the biggest thing he said was buy genuine apple screens/digitizers. He said they had seen loads of 3rd party ones which were way too thin and shattered with ease.
