Well remake of Evil Dead was supposed to be the goriest film to date, but not seen it yet.
House Of 1000 Corpses and Devils Rejects (Both by Rob Zombie) were pretty brutal.
I think the latest Rambo film had the most "kills" in it for a film.
"A Serbian Film" was pretty fucked up.

We were talking about this earlier, there's a girl at work loves stuff like this I've told her about Old Boy, Battle Royales and Dead Man's Shoes, she recommend Antichrist I've recently seen Martyrs (rough movie)
