Ford 4000 Traffic

right here goes, my old man had to change a fuse in his motor, pulled the wrong one out and now has no radio, he said he'd got the code so checked his manual and proceeded to put in the code, only for it to flash wait 30.
so he re-tried the code and it did the same, he's just phoned me now saying he tried the code again and it's changed to lock 10, what does this mean and how can he rectify the problem?? T.I.A

sorry meant to update this, he's sorted it out, he aint got a fookin clue what he did but the radio now works again
