Mobile network operator 3 has announced that it will be carrying the music streaming service Spotify on its Symbian phones.

The Spotify for Symbian app, which can now be downloaded from Planet 3, will be available on a range of Nokia handsets, and the Sony Ericsson Satio.

Eligible Nokia models include the 5800, 6220, E63, E71, N86, N95, N96 and N97.

It costs the same as Spotify Premium, namely £9.99 per month, and you’re signing up for a six month contract.

For that price you get unlimited access to the service’s library of some four million plus songs.
