Can I put in a shout for my personal choice, using the xdcc bots on various mirc channels - check out http://mydownloader.com, search for the show and you get a list of bots serving. Very quick, I get 24 series 2 pre-air every tuesday afternoon, other hard to find series like John Doe and Birds of Prey.
