help finding a fancy dress outfit

Hey all,

I'm attending a fancy dress at the end of this month, and fancy going as Mr T, but i need it to look good! I've seen this online,

I went to one the other week as the karate kid in a shower suit. It went down a treat. The missus made a harness to hold the shower rail and we attached a shower head to the hoop and put foil coming out of the head to look like water. Looked amazing and everyone pissed themselves everytime they looked over. I will have to put some pics up.

It was pretty easy to make.
