Just had it installed 2 weeks ago. Got a letter this morning saying they haven't received my contract yet. So I called. Got some dozy mare on the phone. She said they won't chase it up with the company who installed the equipment and that I should call them. I said, its your money you call them why should I.
So they would rather cut me off than chase their money. $ky really know how to take care of their customers interests.
Sorry rant over. Just wanted to share this experience with you all.
