I found this out on the web.. not sure if that's it but you should check

"Control Panel > Find and Fix Problems > Check for Performance Issues. That came up with a list of programs to check if you didn't want them to run at startup. I check the two I didn't recognize "svatahazuyose" (unknown rundll32.exe "C:\Users\...\AppData\Local\WMsmsD.dll", Startup). Hover your mouse over each option, and it will display the path. If the path shows to be from AppData\Local and is a .dll, then delete it.
You can see the file from yourself by pasting "%localappdata%" in your 'Run' command in Windows.
As soon as I clicked the .dll file my AVG detected it as a virus.
I actually analyzed the file in NotePad, it's just a pop-up window, not an actual virus. Probably from something you installed earlier on.
After that the Libraries hasn't opened on it's own since!!"

    good luck..
